LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES FOR Church REVITALIZATION:
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
In this workshop we will teach your church leaders 25 key leadership principles and practices. Understanding and employing these principles will help your team lead your church into a season of revitalization and empowerment from the Holy Spirit of God.
Those getting trained should include the pastor, the staff, lay leaders, nominations & leadership development committee, the church council, and as many members of your committees and ministry teams as you want.
This training can begin on a Friday evening, continue on Saturday and conclude Sunday afternoon, or it can be on two full Saturdays.
We offer workshops, seminars, and training programs that cover topics such as leading revitalization, spiritually healthy churches, building New Testament Love, and dealing with conflicts.
One in the Spirit: Make Your Church a Biblical Fellowship
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
The New Testament calls upon those of us in the church “to love one another fervently.” It says we are to “belong to one another,” to “greet one another,” to “welcome one another,” “bear with one another,” “build up one another,” “honor one another,” “carry one another’s burdens,” “pray for one another,” “serve one another,” “be kind to one another,” “encourage one another,” “teach one another,” “be devoted to one another,” “admonish one another,” “to agree with one another in what we say,” and more similar commands for how we in the church are to have a special relationship of love with each other.
Sadly, there are churches where people may attend worship together, but make no effort to live in true Christian fellowship with one another. One way we need to STIR UP THE FIRE! of God’s gifts within us is to live in a true biblical fellowship with each other. Timothy received the gift of the Spirit when Paul and the council of the elders laid their hands upon him, and his gifts were to be lived out within the church. There is a tremendous need today for congregations to reclaim these biblical commands for how we are to live in fellowship with one another.
BIBLICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR HEALTHY CHURCHES:
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Spiritually health in churches does not happen by accident. Nor does spiritual health in a church happen over-night. Nor can it be built without strong biblical foundations. This workshop will teach your leaders essential biblical truths about what it takes to build a spiritually healthy church.
This workshop can be a one full day or two partial days consisting of a Friday night and Saturday, or a Saturday and a Sunday evening.
Healthy churches grow healthy Christians, and unhealthy churches grow unhealthy Christians. So before you build your church any further, you need to ask yourselves: “What kind of a church are we building? And what kind of disciples are we making?”
This workshop can serve as an introduction to other workshops on spiritual life, congregational fellowship, church growth, revitalization, and personal evangelism.
DEALING WITH CHURCH CONFLICTS
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
This workshop will help provide your church leaders with tools to handle conflicts in your church family with the love of Christ.
